Founded 30 years ago, the company is now a market leader in Ukraine and successfully exports its products to countries across Europe and worldwide. The company continues to grow активно, and we are currently opening a position for a Regional Manager in Serbia, who will also work with the markets of Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Proficiency in Serbian at B2 level or above;
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above;
• Fluent Russian (or Ukrainian);
• Experience in active sales;
• Own car and valid driver’s license;
• Strong sales and negotiation skills;
• Confident MS Office skills;
• Results-oriented mindset, self-organization, and strong communication skills.
• Develop strategy and drive sales growth in the assigned territory;
• Achieve planned sales targets;
• Search for and onboard new clients;
• Monitor timely and full payment for products, ensuring clients fulfill contractual obligations;
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with clients, as well as participate in профильных trade exhibitions and industry events;
• Monitor the beauty market and visit retail points selling the company’s products within the assigned territory.
