We are a team of professionals in the restaurant industry, and we are currently looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Cost Accountant to join our team. ✔️ Experience as a Cost Accountant or in a similar position
✔️ Knowledge of iiko and the fundamentals of accounting in the restaurant industry
✔️ Attention to detail, responsibility, and confidence working with numbers
✔️ Ability to work with large volumes of information
🔸 Entering supplier invoices into the iiko accounting system
🔸 Managing electronic document flow (SEF)
🔸 Preparing payment schedules and monitoring supplier payment terms
🔸 Entering service acceptance documents into iiko
🔸 Updating and creating new recipe cards and technical specifications
🔸 Conducting inventory counts (once per month)
🔸 Monitoring and processing write-offs
🔸 Closing and reconciling cash register shifts in iiko
🔸 Managing stock discrepancies, cost calculations, and sales reports
