We’re opening a vacancy for our new Italian concept, Sentimenti, for the role of Restaurant Manager.
Rate: 450 RSD/hour + tips + bonuses.
Experience: at least 1 year managing teams — required.
Languages: English required; Serbian at a level sufficient for basic guest communication (greeting, taking orders, resolving issues).
Most important: a desire to work, learn, and grow.

Organize and oversee the restaurant’s daily, uninterrupted operations.
Manage staff: hiring, training, motivation, and shift scheduling.
Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
Enforce company standards, sanitary regulations, and safety rules.
Monitor financial indicators: optimize costs and maintain cash discipline.
Handle guest complaints and suggestions, ensuring their satisfaction.
