Production of sourdough bread and baked goods.
What you will need to do:
– manage the daily operations of Kultura Hleba retail locations;
– oversee product orders for the locations;
– monitor product availability, displays, price tags, declarations, and packaging;
– handle daily operational tasks: milk, gloves, supplies, minor purchases, repairs, and deliveries;
– work with sales staff: schedules, replacements, holidays, sick leave, and training;
– help open and close shifts when necessary;
– monitor service quality;
– analyze sales, inventory levels, and assortment performance;
– maintain spreadsheets for products, sales, and orders;
– develop sales through local marketing, tastings, events, and promotions;
– participate in promoting the locations and organizing collaborations;
– oversee coffee operations at locations where coffee is available;
– resolve issues involving customers, orders, money, receipts, and cash register procedures;
– assist with employee recruitment and basic personnel documentation;
– participate in launching new locations.
What is important to us:
– experience in retail, cafés, bakeries, coffee shops, or HoReCa;
– understanding of how a retail location or café operates;
– knowledge of coffee will be a major advantage;
– willingness to take a hands-on approach rather than simply “managing from your phone”;
– responsibility and the ability to see tasks through to completion;
– attention to detail;
– ability to communicate with the team and customers;
– readiness to quickly resolve practical and operational issues;
– knowledge of Serbian and English;
– Russian will be an advantage but is not required.

Kultura Hleba is looking for someone to take responsibility for the operational management of our own retail locations and potentially lead the brand’s entire retail division in the future.
This is not “just an administrator” position. We need someone who can view a retail location as a living business: sales, team, display, orders, customers, marketing, coffee, packaging, daily tasks, and development.
