We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. – Core understanding of SaaS and CRM eco-systems
– Core understanding of process and project management
– Analytical and system thinking
– Basic understanding of OOP
– English (intermediate) – ability to read and write technical documentation
– Ability to work in a constantly changing environment

– Template maintenance in various SaaS platforms (VOIP, help desk, CRM, ERP, Task management)
– Automation logic and workflow management (incl AI features)
– Managing users and user roles/profiles
– On-demand reporting to stakeholders
– Communication with service providers
