🇬🇧 Sales Administrator with Serbian | Remote | EdTech / IT

We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator with fluent Serbian who will communicate with potential customers, understand their needs, help them choose the right learning program, and guide them through the sales process.
The position is 100% remote, so you can work from anywhere.
What we’re looking for
– Fluent Serbian, both spoken and written
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs
– Confidence in handling questions and objections
– Customer-oriented approach
– Good PC skills and confidence using messengers and Google Workspace
– Ability to organize your work independently in a remote environment
– Responsibility, initiative, and result-oriented mindset
Nice to have
– 6+ months of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Customer Service, or a Call Center
– Experience in phone sales or working directly with customers
– Experience with CRM systems
– Experience working with sales or performance KPIs
– English at A2+ level
– Previous experience in IT or EdTech is not required.
We are open to candidates from customer service, support, retail, call centers, education, and other customer-facing backgrounds who are interested in developing their sales skills.
What you’ll do
– Communicate with potential customers in Serbian via phone, messengers, and other communication channels
– Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable learning programs
– Present our educational products and explain their value
– Handle questions and customer objections
– Guide potential customers through the sales process and help them make a purchasing decision
– Follow up with leads and maintain communication with potential customers
– Keep customer information and sales results up to date in the CRM
– Work with individual and team KPIs
– Collaborate with the sales team and other departments

This role could be a great match if you speak Serbian fluently and already have some experience communicating with customers, even if you have never worked in IT before.
