– Organize store opening processes: staff training, store acceptance and launch into operation
– Monitor operating standards across a cluster of stores; organize retail processes and conduct store audits/inspections
– Oversee store operations in terms of interaction with regulatory authorities and compliance with internal corporate policies, including ensuring compliance with Serbian legislation in day-to-day business activity
– Ensure achievement of operational and financial KPIs: set clear targets for revenue, productivity, and loss reduction; monitor and analyze results
– Manage performance metrics and costs: ensure expense targets are met and losses are reduced; budget control and cost optimization
– People management: hiring, training, and development of store employees; monitoring staffing levels and training/competency levels
– Cooperate with internal departments
– Retail experience in a role not lower than area/cluster manager, sales manager for a store cluster, or cluster supervisor (preferably in retail companies in Serbia)
– Higher education degree
– Serbian and Russian proficiency B2 or higher
– Knowledge of business communication ethics
– Understanding of B2B business document workflow related to service/work delivery
