We have many years of experience in international freight transportation and place special emphasis on speed, safety, and reliability of delivery, as well as the development and support of our employees.
Due to business expansion and the development of new directions, we are looking for a responsible, independent, and results-driven specialist for the position of Sales Manager (Transport Services).
– Experience in sales (preferably in logistics, transport, or B2B sales)
– Understanding of international transportation processes
– Confident PC skills (CRM, MS Office, 1C)
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficiency in Serbian and English
– Active search and acquisition of new clients for the company’s own fleet
– Development, analysis, and optimization of logistics routes (EU – Serbia)
– Full-cycle client support and development of long-term partnerships
– Conducting negotiations and agreeing on transportation terms, routes, and tariffs
– Organization and coordination of transportation, monitoring order execution
– Working in the 1C system
– Competitive salary: fixed base + performance-based bonuses
– Official employment from day one
– Work schedule: 5/2, from 08:00 to 16:00
