Sales & Reservations Officer
Founded in 2005, Lets Go Maldives is one of Maldives’s largest and award-winning inbound Tour Operators (DMC), offering the widest variety of holiday deals anywhere in the Maldives, be it exotic resort hotels, or lavish safaris, excursions of any type or even exclusive Private Island deals.
Requirements
Requirements;
1. Degree or equivalent qualification in tourism.
2. 1–3 years of experience in the travel industry (preferably in a travel agency).
3. Proven skills in tourism sales and reservations.
4. Fluent English (spoken and written).
5. Strong communication skills and ability to manage stressful situations.
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities;
1. Work with B2B clients (travel companies) to identify their needs and suggest suitable hotels, resorts, transport, and travel packages.
2. Respond to requests within the time frame given by management, calculate total package costs, and offer alternatives in case of unavailability.
3. Manage personal bookings: ensure accuracy of all services before guest arrival and timely collection of payments.
4. Use reservation system for data entry and updates, maintain CRM, and communicate via social media.
5. Achieve monthly KPI & targets in sales and bookings.
