– Generate and convert leads into sales across key trade corridors: Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.
– Sell freight forwarding, multimodal transportation, warehousing, and customs brokerage services.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with importers/exporters, commodity traders, NVOCCs, and regional SMEs.
– Collaborate closely with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
– Prepare monthly reports detailing milestone achievements and KPI performance.
– Represent Peninsula Shipping in key Serbian industry associations, including the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, Međunarodni transport (International Transport), Transport i Logistika (Transport and Logistics), and Srbijatransport.
– Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, with an active client portfolio on major trade lanes.
– Proven track record in international logistics, trade facilitation, or related sectors.
– Strong communication, presentation, and client negotiation skills.
– Familiarity with EU trade compliance and INCOTERMS.
– Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
