Conceptual Bar and Lounge
– 3+ years of experience in premium bars, lounges, or restaurants
– Strong knowledge of: classic cocktails, spirits, wine basics, coffee basics, bar prep techniques
– Understanding of modern mixology trends
– Leadership mindset, ability to work under pressure, discipline, clean and professional appearance
– English – required; Serbian and/or Russian – a strong advantage
– Prepare cocktails according to TYMAN standards, maintain consistency, speed, cleanliness
– Create guest interaction and atmosphere, recognize returning guests, handle complaints professionally
– Support and supervise bartenders, help train new staff, communicate with floor managers
– Drive bar sales, suggest new cocktails, participate in menu development and events
