Required Background
5+ years of professional React experience
Strong TypeScript in large-scale applications
Experience building complex enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, fintech, logistics, accounting, or similar domains)
Deep understanding of modern React patterns (hooks, composition, controlled state boundaries)
Experience handling complex validation logic and workflow-driven UI states
Strong attention to detail and architectural discipline
Preferred
Experience with modern C# / latest .NET
Familiarity with domain-driven concepts
Experience working in structured, specification-heavy environments
Performance optimization in data-intensive applications
Design and implement a scalable React architecture for complex ERP workflows
Build high-density data grids and validation-heavy forms
Implement multi-step document lifecycles with strict business rules
Structure reusable hooks and state modules with long-term maintainability in mind
Collaborate closely with .NET backend engineers on contracts and behavioral alignment
Refactor and improve code proactively where architectural improvements are needed
This is an individual contributor role. No management overhead — pure engineering.
