Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in recruitment for IT and management positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
English C1 is a must
Key responsibilities
Source and identify top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer extension and onboarding
Maintain a strong employer brand reputation on social media and other online platforms
Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Track key recruitment metrics and generate regular reports on recruitment activities
Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns
