– Previous experience as a manager in relevant hospitality projects (Serbia / Europe / Russia).
– Understanding of hospitality and service standards.
– Confident use of POS and CRM systems.
– Conversational English and/or Serbian (conversational Serbian is an advantage).
– Leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
– Experience working with wine and wine lists, as well as the ability to increase wine sales and develop the wine service within the team, will be considered an advantage.
– Organizing the work of the team (bar, kitchen, and dining area).
– Monitoring service quality.
– Onboarding and training employees.
– Handling guest feedback.
– Completing additional tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
– Participating in the life of the project, including menu tastings, events, and seasonal updates.
– Staff meals and beverages.
