SMM Manager

Requirements
– Experience working with visual branding; – Content planning skills: experience creating monthly content plans based on an events calendar, considering seasonality, promotions, and news; – Practical experience in photo and video production (products, events, people) using equipment (camera or high-quality smartphone); – Experience managing Instagram accounts, including timely posting with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite); – Copywriting skills: writing texts in the brand’s tone of voice and adapting them to the audience.
Key responsibilities
– Maintaining posting frequency: 4–5 posts per week; • Daily stories; • Photo and video shooting of products, campaigns, team, guests, production, and events; – Keeping highlights updated and maintaining a cohesive profile showcase; – Responding to guests in direct messages in Russian, English, and Serbian; – Taking cake orders and table reservations via direct messages, maintaining tracking spreadsheets; – Managing reviews and passing feedback to the team; – Fast communication on urgent matters (forgotten items, order pickups, etc.).
