We are Premium Beauty – a brand dedicated to beauty, hair care, luxury beauty products. Our mission is for top products to reach clients in a unique and inspiring way – through experience, atmosphere and direct contact. That’s why we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who knows how to create a story, an emotion and a memorable brand presence.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
– Experience in managing social networks for beauty/fashion/lifestyle brands
– Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (creation, optimization and analysis of campaigns)
– Photography and recording skills with a mobile phone or camera
– Ability to basic photo and video processing (AI tool, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, InShot…)
– Understanding the aesthetics of luxury/premium content
– Organization, creativity and attention to detail
– Preference for candidates who speak Russian (not mandatory, but a plus)
YOUR TASK WILL BE:
– Planning and management of social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) in accordance with the brand
– Conception and implementation of advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, boosts, remarketing)
– Creation and editing of photo and video content from the salon (reels, behind-the-scenes, tutorials)
– Content editing in accordance with current trends and visual identity of the brand
– Cooperation with hairdressers, makeup artists and models in creating attractive content
– Monitoring campaign performance and optimization based on results
– Developing an online community and interacting with the audience
– Copywriting
– Coming up with key messages for e-commerce
– Designing newsletter campaigns
