System Network Administrator

This is a “technical space” for equipment and physical connectivity between IT services market participants.
Colocation in a Data Center integrates your equipment into the St. Petersburg network infrastructure, ensuring maximum proximity of your services to their clients. This ensures the best operating conditions for your service and unlimited growth through access to all IT service providers without installation costs.

Requirements

Junior Network & System Administrator with 1+ year of practical experience in data center or ISP environments. Vocational diploma in Network and System Administration (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of networking (Cisco, MikroTik, VPN, firewalls) and virtualization (VMware, Proxmox). Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix) and backups (Veeam/Acronis) is a plus. Good command of English (B1+); Serbian is an advantage but not required. Motivated candidate ready for immediate relocation to Serbia with work permit support.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot corporate networks, servers, and client infrastructure.
Configure and manage virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi/vSphere, Proxmox VE).
Implement monitoring (Zabbix) and backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis).
Set up VPN connections (L2TP/IPsec/GRE) and firewalls (MikroTik, iptables/nftables).
Perform hardware installation, rack mounting, and cable management.
Provide client support and communicate technical solutions effectively.
