Every day, we help businesses find top professionals and support candidates in building their dream careers. Right now, we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team and help us find the perfect candidates for our clients.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Have at least 1 month of sourcing experience (as long as you know the basics, we’ll teach you the rest! 😊)
Take a creative approach to sourcing and know that LinkedIn isn’t the only option out there
Can quickly grasp job requirements and understand what kind of candidate is truly needed
Speak Russian and English at B2 level or higher (Serbian is a big plus!)
Know how to craft outreach messages that don’t end up in spam or ignored
Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent
Find and attract candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, forums, etc.)
Analyze the job market to identify relevant specialists for employer requests
Send personalized outreach messages and establish the first point of contact with candidates
Maintain a candidate database, track statuses, and ensure data accuracy
Collaborate closely with recruiters, passing along qualified candidates for further interviews
Flexible schedule & remote work (outside of Russia and Belarus)
Full-time or part-time options based on your availability
Exposure to various industries and companies, allowing you to grow in sourcing
