Tech Lead

We develop our own innovative, high-tech products in the field of pre-owned mobile electronics. Our solutions are used worldwide in more than 75 countries. We hold our own patents and have a unique robotic solution with no analogues anywhere in the world.

We are looking for a Tech Lead who will take our product development to the next level and is ready to take on exciting challenges!

IMPORTANT: This position is office-based only (on-site work).

Requirements

– Develop and align architectural solutions for key product components
– Define technical implementation approaches, participate in design, and conduct code reviews
– Analyze technical risks, identify bottlenecks, and prevent potential issues
– Find and eliminate complex defects, rare and hard-to-reproduce vulnerabilities
– Take responsibility for production stability: releases, quality control, monitoring
– Hands-on development and writing code in key areas
– Collaborate with developers and QA on technical matters, support the team as a technical expert

Key responsibilities

– Experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or System Architect
– Strong software engineering background; preferably experience with C# and/or C++
– Understanding of architecture principles; experience designing and optimizing high-load systems
– Experience with iOS and Android platforms is a plus
– Knowledge of cloud and bare-metal infrastructure, networking, and databases
– Solid knowledge of design patterns and building complex distributed systems
– Experience with performance analysis, debugging complex issues, and application optimization
– Basic understanding of ML and Data Science is a plus
– Ability to justify technical decisions and communicate them clearly to the team
– Crisis-management mindset: ability to make quick decisions in non-standard situations

Additional Information

– Knowledge of Swift, Kotlin, or Java for mobile development
– Experience with cloud services and DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, containerization)
