Requirements
Fluent English: Must be comfortable negotiating with US-based clients.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales (Logistics or Auto Transport experience is a massive plus).
Ambition: Self-starter with an aggressive approach to closing deals.
Schedule: Full-time, aligned with US business hours.
Key responsibilities
Proactive Prospecting: Find and sign new clients (dealerships, auctions, and fleet owners).
Outreach: Cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
Closing: Negotiating terms and securing direct hauling contracts.
Management: Building long-term relationships for repeat business.
What the company offers
Commission-Only: High percentage of Gross Profit (GP) with no earning ceiling.
Average Earnings: $2,000 – $3,000+ per month (Performance-based).
Tools: Access to CRM, lead databases, and prospecting tools.
