Sonder is looking for a waiter to join the team. Sonder Café is a coffee roastery and café under one roof. A joint project by Klim Zhukov (Aster, Rene) and Evgeniya Tolmacheva (Verle Coffee Roasters). A daily café with straightforward food, house-roasted coffee, and wine.
– At least 1 year of experience in relevant projects;
– High level of empathy and hospitality;
– Knowledge of service standards;
– Understanding of wine and coffee fundamentals;
– English is mandatory, Serbian will be an advantage.
– Serving guests in accordance with service standards;
– Working with iiko;
– Greeting guests, communication, and handling feedback;
– Knowledge of the menu and the project’s concept.
– Work permit and assistance with obtaining a residence permit after successful completion of the probation period;
– Staff meals;
– Uniform;
– Internal training on product and service.
