Relevant experience in a similar role from 3 months
English at least B1
Serbian is a plus
Cleanliness and neat appearance
Reliability and follow-through
Basic knowledge of cash discipline
Open and close the restaurant
Welcome guests and manage the table from arrival to departure
Collect feedback on food and beverage quality
Follow the restaurant’s service standards
Maintain daily reports per the agreed checklist
Participate in inventories and deep cleaning
Flexible schedule (to be discussed at the interview: 7h/12h/13h/14h shifts)
Three meals per shift
Motivation/bonus system
Stable payments twice a month (on the 10th and 25th)
Official employment and assistance with residence permit
