Key responsibilities
Waiter:
– Serves guests, helps choose dishes/drinks, and monitors cleanliness on the table.
– Prepares the shift for opening and closing, monitors and maintains cleanliness, and takes good care of the bistro resources.
– Reports feedback from guests to the manager/chef.
Cleaner:
– Washing tableware with detergents throughout the working day;
– Cleaning plates and glasses from food waste;
– Cleaning of the cafe premises, corridors, stairs.
