We are looking for a Wall Panel Assembler to help construct a building prototype at our research laboratory. In this role, you will participate in the manual assembly of timber and multilayer wall panels using production drawings, visual instructions, and step-by-step assembly guides.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manual assembly, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, construction, or similar production environments. If you do not have this exact experience but believe you meet the requirements, we still encourage you to apply.
– Ability to read and follow visual assembly instructions and simple technical drawings;
– Experience using hand and power tools;
– Basic measuring and marking skills;
– Strong attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately and precisely;
– Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from a supervisor in English or Russian;
– Physical ability to work in a production workshop, including standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying materials, bending, and handling large components;
– Willingness to work shifts if required;
– Previous experience in manual assembly, woodworking, carpentry, construction, furniture manufacturing, timber structure production, or a similar manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
– Assembling timber and multilayer wall panels according to production drawings, work instructions, and step-by-step assembly guides;
– Reading and following visual assembly instructions, part numbers, labels, and simple technical drawings;
– Preparing and positioning timber components, boards, insulation, membranes, fasteners, brackets, and other wall panel components for assembly;
– Using hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, drills, impact drivers, saws, staple guns, nail guns, clamps, tape measures, squares, and other standard workshop equipment;
– Assembling wall panel layers in the correct sequence, including framing components, sheathing boards, insulation, membranes, battens, and, where required, finishing layers;
– Checking dimensions, alignment, right angles, fastening quality, and completeness of assembled wall panels;
– Identifying missing, damaged, or incorrect components and reporting issues to the foreman, shift supervisor, or direct manager;
– Following quality control checkpoints and documenting completed assembly stages where required;
– Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe throughout production;
– Handling materials carefully to avoid damage to components, surfaces, and completed wall panels;
– Working collaboratively with other operators to lift, position, and assemble large wall panels;
– Following company safety rules, Serbian occupational health and safety regulations, and internal production procedures;
– Using the required personal protective equipment, including safety footwear, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and respiratory protection where necessary.
– Fixed-term service contract for 3 weeks starting from July 6, 2026;
– Daily transportation between Belgrade and the work location in Radiofar (Surčin);
– 8-hour work schedule with a lunch break included;
– Paid lunches;
– Based on performance, we are ready to consider continued employment under a full-time employment contract.
