My husband and I organize quiz parties for 80-120 people three times a week in Serbia. In this project, I handle various tasks that require immediate attention. This is typical in startup environments:
— Creating the concept and positioning of the project.
— Advertising the project (writing all advertising texts, managing mentions in Telegram channels, bloggers’ accounts, etc.).
— Managing social networks and training copywriters.
— Participating in the selection and discussion of topics for quizzes.
— Creating questions for special games. For example, I have written a couple of rounds for the quiz about Serbia 🇷🇸.
— Establishing connections with potential partners/sponsors.

Ryadom
Content Strategist
“Ryadom” is a service that helps expats book appointments with licensed Serbian doctors, offering a 15% discount. Our support managers match doctors with patients individually, based on the preferences of each client. We’re also a media platform, providing posts that assist people in taking care of their health in a new country.
— Developed the content strategy for social media marketing.
— Created the marketing plan.
— Provided a briefing to the designer for creating a vibrant and memorable project identity.
— Wrote, designed (using templates), and posted SMM content.
— Assisted with product positioning and incorporated it into the website texts.
— Managed advertising campaigns for Telegram channels and bloggers’ Instagram pages. My task was to establish connections and new partnerships to increase our followers.
— Currently: just consulting.

Content Strategist
Skyeng is one of most famous educational companies in Eastern Europe. It contains several brands: Skyeng (English), Skysmart (children’s education), and Skypro (online university for IT professions). What did I make there:
— Crafted an integrated strategy for diverse content marketing channels, including social media posts, brand media articles, YouTube videos, emails, webinars, and more.
— Developed and implemented distinct brand platforms, voices, and style guides for all company brands.
— Led a talented team of editors, copywriters, screenwriters, and proofreaders (16 employees).
— Transformed Skyeng Magazine into a profitable marketing channel, driving business growth.
— Fostered a culture of personal development within the team, complemented by a business mindset.

I was responsible for ad special projects on the largest Russian-language website focusing on parent-child relationships and education. Our clients included Lego Education, Canon, Hasbro, Raiffeisenbank, and other renowned brands.

— Produced native advertising projects ranging from individual articles to complete games or dedicated website sections.
— Sourced and trained freelance writers and editors, delegated tasks, and ensured quality control.
