I worked at a legal and valuation firm specializing in property tax reduction for commercial real estate owners in Canada. My role focused on operational support of legal cases and ensuring accuracy, structure, and timely execution within a highly regulated environment

I supported the operational lifecycle of cases, from collecting and verifying property data to preparing and finalizing legal forms (SOI, RSOI, SOR, Reply, Withdrawal). I ensured document accuracy, alignment with templates and MPAC requirements, tracked case statuses and submission deadlines, and helped prevent returns and rework

I was responsible for organizing and maintaining documentation and correspondence, including structuring file systems, managing document versions, and categorizing emails and case-related communications. This improved process transparency and reduced the need for constant manual oversight by the founder

I also contributed to analytical support by extracting and structuring property data from Propertyline and MyProperty, selecting comparable properties and GRADs, and updating tracking tables and client reports. As a result, case processing became more predictable and operational workflows more stable
