Main Responsibilities & Achievements: • Instrumental Analysis: Operate and calibrate Chromatec Crystal 5000 Gas Chromatograph (GC-FID) for quantitative analysis of alcohol production intermediates. Detect and quantify methanol, fusel oils, aldehydes, and esters according to GOST R standards (equivalent to EU Regulation 2019/787). • Wet Chemistry & Physicochemical Testing: Perform routine analyses including: o Alcoholometry by hydrometric method; o Color Intensity using photoelectric colorimeter; o Titratable Acidity and Total Sugars determination by enzymatic and DNS methods; o Stability Testing (cold test and aging simulation) for wine and liqueur products. • Quality Assurance & ERP Management: Maintain laboratory records, sampling protocols, and product certificates in the 1C: Enterprise ERP system. Manage incoming inspection of raw materials (ethanol, flavor compounds, processing aids) and components, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs. • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily analytical reports for the shift supervisor and the quality department. Contributed to the successful ISO 22000:2018 audit preparation by digitizing and organizing archival data. • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Interface daily with the technological process team to provide analytical data feedback, enabling real-time process adjustments (e.g., correction of rectification column modes).
