Job: Client Department Manager
The company is a key supplier of materials for nuclear construction projects in Russia and Egypt.
I manage projects with government customers
– Interact with operational managers and heads of departments, consolidate financial indicators for products, monitor the implementation of budget limits;
– Simplified the search for contractors for customer facilities, which led to a 2-fold increase in orders;
– Developing the tender direction. Working with ETP, EIS. Preparation of tender documentation (auctions, competitions, requests for quotations), signing contracts;
– Full documentary support of the project (invoicing, logistics, documentation) and control of the register of payments for projects;
– Control of balance with suppliers, reconciliation of payments for deliveries;
– Primary accounting statements, I analyze deviations of actual data from the budget and forecast.
Achievements:
-Implemented a customer development strategy and increased annual revenue by 30%;
-Increased the number of shipments by 20% due to the development of a new tender direction;
-Reduced overdue accounts receivable from 30% to 10% due to increased control over the financial discipline of clients.
-Optimized logistics with suppliers, which reduced costs by 15%.
