– Maintaining and adjusting the production loading system depending on conditions at the intersection of production and commerce.
– Monitoring the prevention of overdue deliveries and excessive temporary stockpiles.
– Optimization aimed at increasing output to meet all existing customer requests.
– Planning the production sequence of semi-finished products at each stage of the production chain. Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
– Ensuring compliance of finished products with GOST requirements.
– Recruiting new employees (operators, unskilled workers, repair personnel).
– Monitoring and monitoring product shipments.
– Compiling and analyzing consolidated reports to ensure that production is adequately loaded during the off-season with products in demand during peak months.
