Responsibilities:
• Gathering and analyzing requirements for the electronic document management system (EDMS), as well as defining and documenting system requirements;
• Designing the EDMS: developing the architecture, writing detailed specifications, testing;
• Database management: query optimization, backup, and data recovery;
• Developing plugins using C# and Python;
• Monitoring the fulfillment of BIM modeling obligations by contractors;
• Checking building information models (BIM) for clashes, generating reports based on the results using data exported from Navisworks Manage;
• Providing user support: consulting, assisting in documentation development, and modeling in Revit;
• Developing technical specifications for clash resolution.
