My role is to act as the main point of contact for our high-end clients, ensuring that we are always on the same page and that their goals are fully understood and reflected in our work.
I work closely with our Account Managers to help shape performance-driven strategies and campaign plans, ensuring our daily communication and ad execution stay clear, professional, and aligned with client KPIs. This approach has led to us gaining the trust of over 30 satisfied clients.

I managed the full lifecycle of our B2B and D2C online stores, from initial strategy through to launch and promotion. My hands-on execution included keyword research, writing all copy and SEO details, creating A+ content and landing pages, and categorizing products. I also meticulously managed the integration of this data across JTL, WordPress, and Shopify, maintaining accuracy for a catalog of over 2000 products. To ensure a premium user experience, I performed rigorous frontend QA before launch and remained responsible for troubleshooting and post-launch refinements, keeping our stores consistently error-free.
On the growth side, I implemented D2C promotional campaigns and tactical cross-sell strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer engagement. For B2B clients, I optimized product feeds, created and automated newsletters, ensuring all content remained strictly aligned with customer requirements and evolving market trends.
