Organizing the purchase of diesel fuel from LUKOIL for bunkering the company’s fleet at its
own berth. This mechanism has led to fuel savings of up to 12% on each flight due to increased
control measures over the quality and quantity of fuel. Also, the transition to the Euro 5 diesel
engine made it possible to use a maximum maintenance interval of 22,000 engine hours instead
of 8,000 hours on heavy fuel.
