• Recruitment: Successfully filled production personnel vacancies at a thermal power plant with up to 600 employees. Conducted recruitment of operational, repair, engineering and administrative personnel, processing an average of 15 positions per month and an additional 3 vacancies per month for the executive apparatus in Moscow.• Mentoring: Trained and supported new HR employees (2 recruiters), providing methodological support and monitoring the selection processes in branches.

• Purchasing activities: Conducted negotiations and purchasing procedures with key service providers for recruiting platforms (Headhunter, Superjob, Avito, etc.).
Organized a full cycle of purchasing branded products and electronic testing services.

• Budgeting: High-quality formation and control of the budget for expenses on personnel selection and events for young specialists (monthly and annual). Managed contractual activities (controlled the terms of contracts with suppliers, which allowed to achieve favorable conditions for the company). Independently managed all payments under my contracts in EDI, also coordinated financial and tax reports with the accounting department and closely cooperated with the controlling department.
