Responsibilities as an HRBP:
– Comprehensive HR support for employees: including onboarding, performance evaluation, development, motivation, and other HR processes.
– Expert support to managers: performance management, addressing complex interaction cases, development planning.
– Development and optimization of tools and processes.
Involved in the implementation of new motivation systems (based on competency levels and IDPs), adjustment tools (360-degree feedback, PIP), structured offboarding, the HRBP model.
Responsibilities as a recruitment lead:

Key Achievements::
– Implemented an ERP system for recruitment process management (1C) and a BI system for data analysis (Qlik Sense), reducing data collection and processing time from 2–20 hours to 20 seconds.
– Transformed the approach to vacancy data management, reducing recruiters’ in-depth preparation time from 8 hours to 2 without sacrificing quality, saving hiring managers 3–6 hours with each re-opened position.
– Developed a methodology for salary market analysis, enabling proactive management of retention risks related to compensation. Implemented an analysis tool (a GPT-based add-on), saving approximately 240 work hours in 2024.
– Developed a system for onboarding recruiters, enabling the hiring of junior specialists and delegation of mentorship. As a result, payroll costs were reduced, and the team successfully onboarded 6 interns.
– Contributed directly to revenue growth. Over 7.5 years, due to my work in various roles, the company grew from 200 to 460 people.
