Achievements:
• After completing the probationary period, I was appointed to the position of Lead Specialist in the Technical Control Department.
• Effectively assumed the responsibilities of the head of the Incoming Control Department, while my direct supervisor was responsible for the quality of production.
• Established the process for conducting the incoming control procedure, receiving consignment materials, and facilitating interaction between departments and staff almost from scratch.
• Within the first six months, in addition to completing routine tasks, I successfully resolved all problematic issues and outstanding matters related to incoming control that had accumulated since the beginning of the construction project.

• Organization, task management, and acceptance of completed work from subcontractors.
Achievements:
• Promoted within two years from a Specialist of the 2nd category to Lead Specialist. During the last year in the position of Lead Specialist, I acted as the head of the department in his absence.
• Independently managed large foreign shipments. To expedite work processes, I established a system for conducting incoming control procedures, taking into account the preparation of storage areas, inspections, unpacking of cargo, and logistics within the warehouse, including involving representatives from foreign suppliers.
• Managed the acceptance of equipment and materials for two operating oil refineries (Krasnodar and Afipsky Oil Refineries) as well as for the construction of a new Hydrocracking Complex.
• Participated in the development and implementation of a new internal standard regulating the rules and procedures for accepting incoming products.
• Throughout my entire tenure, there have been no instances of using substandard equipment or materials in my work.
