Handling client requests in an “online assistant” format within the framework of the company’s concierge services.
Receiving and fulfilling client requests in the areas of lifestyle and travel support (booking flights, hotels, ordering flowers, taxis, movie tickets, concert tickets, creating restaurant and event recommendations, etc.).
Providing informational support to clients.
Communicating with clients (via phone, email, and chat).
Conducting phone conversations and business correspondence with foreign partners (hotels, airlines, transfer companies, cinemas, taxis, etc.).
Entering request data and parameters into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Resolving disputes and addressing client complaints.
Working in the company’s office, with or without personal client meetings involved.
