My name is Alin. My previous job as a Boarding Marine Agent involved solving non-standard problems, handling emergency situations, and irregular working hours. I acted as a liaison between the ship and the shore.
For the past year, my family and I have relocated to Georgia. I am working as a crewing manager (HR for sefarers), which includes assisting with the relocation of sailors from Ukraine and Russia, booking tickets, and finding accommodation in Batumi. Our local office opened in January 2023, and I independently handled advertising, social media, and established connections with local educational institutions and training, medical centers.
As an additional source of income, I have been involved in local theater for over 10 years and have been organizing city and private events in the city of Novorossiysk.
I plan to move to Serbia with my family, which is why I`m currently seeking employment.
