I participated in product launches, from inspiring anticipation and launching the pre-orders to building loyalty among the customers, along with UGC and reviews collection.
For the product launch, I conducted the market analysis and strategy for branding, positioning the company and product and specified the target audiences based on the hypotheses tests. I’ve also led PR activities, promotions, brand safety actions and customer support queries.
I developed a content plan for social networks such as VK, Facebook and Instagram. I also created regular social media posts following the complete procedure from texts to imagery and video production. I produced, adapted and localised photo and video content of the embassy. Moreover, I was responsible for direct communication with the subscribers via messages and comments on social media.
