I arrived in Serbia in January 2026 and immediately began studying the language and culture. I’m currently taking courses and practicing my Serbian. I don’t speak Serbian well yet, but I’m committed to learning.
Monitoring the production process, maintaining reporting documentation, and setting up equipment. I was the first to master the new product serialization equipment, helped set it up, and implemented the methods of working with it.
Packaging of medicinal products on cartoning machines, blister machines, and ampoule visual inspection machines. Labeling system CONDOT. I was first introduced to product serialization equipment, learned how to set it up, and trained many others. I was promoted to the position of Senior Equipment Operator at CONDOT.

I started as a waiter and ended up as a manager. During this work, I discovered I wasn’t subject to language barriers, easily connecting with Chinese, Thai, German, Italian, and Spanish tourists even without knowing their languages. I still maintain good relations with the distinguished Chinese family who own this restaurant, and have shared their table with them many times at holidays and celebrations.
I’ve come a long way in self-discovery, from sales and food service to factory work. I’ve acquired a lot, including qualities such as communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information to different types of people. I’ve also gained persistence in learning new skills and achieving results. My skills are versatile; I can organize my work to spend less time and effort but accomplish more. I understand production processes well and quickly learn to operate any equipment.
In 2022, the war in Ukraine intervened in my life, My wife worked at Toyota, and when the plant in Russia closed, she was left without a job. But we didn’t give up. I set up a workspace for her at home. We bought industrial sewing machines and started sewing clothes and other custom jobs together. While we were simultaneously working at a Russian pharmaceutical plant, I also continued to work.
