2 Умение убеждать и объяснять сложные вещи простыми словами(успешный опыт продаж сложных проектов в B2B и B2C – It продукты, франчайзинг, специальные проекты разработанные под запросы клиентов);

Welnvest| SOLVT.AI USA Product Manager | February, 2023 – August, 2023 I have effectively organized our startup team’s work into sprints, and managed discovery stage(including creating a Lean Canvas, analyzing the US market, conducting a thorough competitive analysis, interviewing the target audience, analyzing unit economics, and building the PNL model). I played a key role in successfully introducing the product to the pre-sale phase and orchestrated the launch of MVP sales.
ScanLead Russia Chief Executive Officer | April, 2018 – Present I organized the efficient operation of the agency, from recruiting staff and suppliers to establishing a well-functioning system for attracting clients and making sales. Constantly tested new hypotheses and implemented innovative tools to address clients’ business challenges. In 2021 and 2022, we experienced substantial growth, with a cumulative increase of 60.4% and 59.5%, respectively.
