• Hiring and training of new store managers
• Responsible for the results of 10 stores across the market.
• Ensuring visual guidelines and company procedures are followed.

• Feedback head of planning for internal moves of items to optimize sales.
• Suggest campaigns in order to make slow moving items sell.
• Overlook yearly schedules to ensure peak hours are covered and best practices are followed.
• Structure the days so that time management and tasks are prioritised correctly for best
efficiency.

opportunities that might arise.

• Identify and build up a talent pool both from internal and external.
• Analyze and give weekly feedback in meetings of internal and external factors for sales, identify missed opportunities and give solutions.
• Set store structure, and ensure sufficient contracts and hours are in line with the business needs.

• Keep relations with partners and raise any concerns from both ways.
• Evaluate the business needs and suggest potential opportunities in terms of locations as well as right collections and stock for all stores.
• Ensuring Hugo Boss standards are met in shop floor and stockrooms across all the stores.
• Ensure the high level of service that is expected in Hugo Boss is met across all stores.
• Calling customers that left reviews thru the CRM, both satisfied as well as
dissatisfied if any, and take feedback as well as solve any situation.
• Build up the CRM and make new loyal customers as well as retention of the old ones.
• Responsible that KPIs and turnover are met.
• Raise concerns and follow up with all SM on the P&L and ensure controllable
costs are kept on an acceptable level.
• Seasonal evaluation of buying, in order to individually tailor the products going in to
different stores based on the sales and success rate of certain items.
• Presentations and suggestions of weekly core hours across the stores, as well as any investment needed, or deduction in order to have a cost effective but smooth operation where turnover is not in danger.
• Ensuring each store has the best team to suit that store and area, internal promotions as well as relocations if needed.
