My name is Yuriy Kalsin, and I have been working in the food service industry since 2004. Since 2009, I have been involved in the restaurant business, developing chains and managing projects of various formats.

From 2009 to 2016, we successfully developed the sushi delivery chain "Sushi MAO" and the beer store chain "Fidel," including 7 franchise locations. In 2012, we opened the "Fidel" bar, which we sold in 2013. In 2016, part of the business was sold to the "Food & Culture" group of companies — the largest restaurant holding in Nizhny Novgorod at the time.

From 2016 to 2024, we jointly opened 7 cafés/bars and a nightclub. In addition to launching new projects, I was involved in crisis management and the development of the delivery segment within the "Food & Culture" group. At the beginning of 2024, I sold my share of the business to my partners and moved to Serbia with my family.

I currently live in the suburbs of Subotica and have my own car. My Serbian language skills are not very strong yet, but I am actively learning.
