• Oversee onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Manage HR records, including employee documentation and compliance.
• Prepare necessary documentation for employees, including residence permit applications, residence
card updates, insurance, and other processes as requested.
• Organize travel arrangements, including transport, accommodation, and visa preparation.
• Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Arrange repairs and maintenance, monitor quality control, and coordinate vendor services.
• Interaction with suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
• Maintain detailed records of office expenditure and budget tracking.
• Handle mailing and shipping of packages and correspondence, including providing support during
customs clearance and preparing necessary documents for international shipments.
• Organize corporate events.
