– Development of solution architecture within a project;
– Parallel engaged in 3 projects with different business-processes – disputes, ATM claims, fraud monitoring system;
– Successfully launched the new fraud monitoring system in 9 months;
– Created documentation from scratch for the mentioned processes;
– Gathering and elaborating requirements, creation, prioritization and decomposition of tasks according to USM;
– Participation in projects in the roles of product vs. project managers (backlog prioritization, status meetings, project roadmap creation);
– Successfully onboarding and hiring of a several new SA, more than 40 technical interviews conducted;
– Mentoring new employees.

Responsibilities & achievements:
– Gathering and systematizing requirements. Preparing technical specifications for development, architecture elaboration. Describing business and system processes. Conducting manual testing, preparing test cases, and more. Mentoring and training new employees.
– Successfully completed projects (for example, in 4 weeks, we were able to launch an almost fully automated system for document delivery and signing by courier). All mentees passed certification and were hired. Introduced our own requirements gathering form, which reduced task work time by ~30%. Participated in the interviews of QA pool employees.
CROC Incorporated — (November 2016 – February 2018) Junior SA
– Successfully implemented IT service management systems at Leroy Merlin and other companies.
– Launched 3 corporate bots, one of which was featured on Habr (https://habr.com/ru/companies/croc/articles/335650/).
