During last 2 years in Yandex:
– launched international B2B IT/ML qualitative research in Toloka from scratch (250+ interviews with potential foreign customers, 20+ countries)
– developed a segmentation of the ML market, personas, a map of stakeholders and everything necessary to understand new markets;
– conducted 10+ UX studies of a technically complex product,
3+ website studies, all with foreign participants;
launched a sales stream (sales via cash desks), 10+ deals with major European customers (for example, ING).
