PROCUREMENT

• Inventory tracking raw materials and packaging on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
• Creating reports on used raw materials and packaging on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
• Ordering of raw materials and packaging based on data on the current state and planned consumption of raw materials
• Contracts negotiation, manage supplier relationships, track inventory, and ensuring purchases meet quality and cost-efficiency goals.
• ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining an organized, cost-effective supply chain.
WAREHOUSE

• Responsible for warehouse of finished goods, raw materials and packaging
• Responsible for team of 4 Team leaders and 30 operators
• Reception control for finished goods, raw materials and packaging
• Control all deliveries for finished goods, raw materials and packaging
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions
• Ensuring the availability of all documents, procedures, work instructions, and visual aids related to the warehouse
• Supervising warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and safety
• Responsible for shifts for operators
• Reports for receiving, stocks and deliveries for finished goods, raw materials and packaging
• Stock taking (inventories) and reports for raw materials, packaging, scrap per day, month and year
• Tracking and follow the forklifts checking inspection rules
• Control FIFO and LIFO standards for raw materials and finished goods
• Daily checking finished goods, raw materials and packaging stock
• Ordering raw materials for productions and organize transports
• Organize forklift operators for unloading and mounting machines by forklifts
• Organize warehouse and storage place (stock locations)
TRANSPORT

• Looking for transporters at the best price
• Preparation documentations for custom clearance (CMR, Delivery notes, Invoices, Packing lists, EUR1 etc.)
• Organization of loading and unloading time
• Tracking the truck’s path to its final destination
• Making a report on the completed transport
• Keeping records of all transports
