We are a seasonal, ingredient-focused brunch spot with a strong tourist crowd and a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
We’re currently looking for a passionate and reliable bar team member to join our busy brunch restaurant in Belgrade. The role focuses on preparing high-quality coffee, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and other beverages while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area.
We are looking for a punctual, reliable, and dedicated team player who takes their work seriously and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate:
– Has previous experience working in a bar and with coffee
– Is fluent in English
– Speaks Serbian well enough to communicate fluently with guests
– Has a valid residence permit
– Maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
– Is able to follow all necessary guidelines, procedures, and standards for the role
– Is a team player with a positive and professional attitude
Key responsibilities for this position include:
– Preparing cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and coffee
– Ensuring all beverages are prepared and served to a high standard
– Ensuring glassware is clean and properly maintained
– Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the work area
– Following established hygiene standards, procedures, and recipes
– Working efficiently and maintaining consistency during busy service periods
Salary: 75,000 RSD/month (425 per hour) + tips + bonuses
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
Probation: 1 month
