Sonder is a coffee company with its own coffee roasting production and two cafés in Belgrade.
The cafés are places people can visit every day: in the morning for good coffee, pastries, and breakfast, during the day for a quick meal or coffee beans to take home, and in the evening for wine and snacks.
The food is simple and approachable, without complicated presentation or experiments — the kind of food you can comfortably enjoy every day. The menu is small and changes frequently. The menu was created and is still curated by Ivan Shishkin.
The roasting area is open, and all processes are visible from the café hall. Coffee roasting is managed by Maksim Saprykin (ex. Bolshecoffee Roasters).
There is also a retail shelf where guests can buy drip bags, capsules, coffee beans, granola, jams, and other products to take home.
The founders of the project are Klim Zhukov (Aster, Rene) and Evgenia Tolmacheva (ex. Verle Coffee Roasters).
– At least 1 year of experience in specialty coffee in cafés with a high volume of guests
– Theoretical knowledge about coffee
– Latte art skills (heart, tulip)
– Accuracy in work and ability to follow established processes
– Confident English, Serbian language will be an advantage
– Working with the coffee machine, preparing classic espresso-based drinks, filter coffee and hand-brew, lemonades, and signature beverages
– Daily equipment maintenance and weekly cleaning of espresso grinders
– Working with the cash register, maintaining cash discipline, and communicating with guests
– Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
– Work permit and assistance with residence permit application after successfully completing the probation period
– Meals provided
– Uniform provided
– Internal training on products and service standards
