As Rosotravel continues to grow, with more cities, tours, and customers, we are strengthening the operational foundation behind our business. Reliable local partners are essential to delivering outstanding experiences at scale. That’s why we’re looking for a Global Sourcing & Supplier Manager to help build a dependable network that supports our growth and maintains the quality our customers expect.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of Rosotravel’s global portfolio of operational partners, including guides, transportation providers, and restaurants. You’ll transform fragmented, one-off arrangements into structured, long-term partnerships, proactively source new providers where needed, and maintain a reliable network of suppliers by monitoring their performance and ensuring consistently high service standards. By strengthening our operational capabilities across markets, you’ll help ensure that every tour we sell creates outstanding memories for travelers worldwide.
– Audit and map the current partner base: who already works with Rosotravel, on what terms, and where arrangements are ad hoc or inefficient.
– Consolidate fragmented, one-off arrangements into a structured partner network (guides, transportation, restaurants).
– Proactively source and select new partners where the current base is too thin or needs stronger providers.
– Turn ad hoc arrangements into stable agreements and framework terms.
– Negotiate rates, payment terms, and scope of services within the cost and margin targets set by Finance / Revenue & Yield.
– Support the Operations team in maintaining partner relationships after contracts are signed, including regular contact and monitoring of quality and availability.
– Evaluate partners on quality, reliability, and long-term potential as well as price, and build a preferred-partner list for each city.
– Follow up consistently and document the status of every relationship and negotiation in the CRM/tracker, so the pipeline is visible across all markets.
– Find other ways to reach partners when standard contact channels don’t work.
– Work with the Commercial Product team when a partner is both a supplier and a distribution channel (e.g., hybrid DMCs).
– The opportunity to take ownership of a global operational partner network and directly contribute to delivering high-quality experiences to hundreds of thousands of travelers worldwide.
– A fully remote working environment focused on results, expertise, and effective collaboration.
– An international working environment, collaborating with colleagues and partners across multiple markets and cultures.
