A Russian-speaking medical center is looking for a Quality Manager — someone who can see processes systemically, speak to doctors in their language, and communicate with management through data. You will be the first person to build this function in the clinic from scratch, so not only knowledge but also a readiness to create is essential.

Requirements:
• Higher education in medicine, pharmacy, or management
• Experience in healthcare or experience in quality control is desirable
• Fluent Serbian language skills
Quality Management System
• Develop and keep clinical protocols, SOPs, and regulations up to date
• Shape the clinic’s quality policy and patient safety goals
• Coordinate the integration of the quality management system with the medical information system
Complaints and Incidents
• Receive, register, and review patient complaints — from first contact to resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis for significant incidents
• Build a culture of open reporting, where employees report mistakes not out of fear, but with the intention to correct them
Analytics and Reporting
• Develop and monitor KPIs for the quality of medical care and service
• Prepare monthly dashboards and analytical reports for management
• Identify trends and initiate improvements based on data
Staff Training and Development
• Conduct training sessions on quality standards for new and existing employees
• Develop training materials that are clear, practical, and applicable in daily work
